Casing Cleaning Tools

21st century designed tools for scraping and brushing the inside ID of casings and liners in preparation for packer(s) setting. These tools are robust, yet versatile and intricate in every design feature to meet the rigours of the modern-day pre-completion wellbore clean-ups. Some tools are made in the heavy duty mould (eg HD Razorback, Ridge Back Burr Mill) while others are designed in modular form to permit variations in component make-up (eg Shorty, Pup).

	BRISTLE BACK Casing Cleaning Tool (BBCCT)	The BRISTLE BACK tool is run as an integral part of the drillstring to brush the casing ID clean as the pipe is run in hole during complex, precompletion/DST-testing and workover cleanup operations.
	Heavy-Duty RAZOR BACK Casing Cleaning Tool (HDRB)	The Heavy-Duty RAZOR BACK* CCT* (Casing Cleanup Tool)consists of a igh-strength, one-piece mandrel and is designed to meet the demands of complex wellbore cleanups.
	PUP Tool	The modular, all-in-one cleanup tool designed specifically for your application.
	Razor Back Casing Cleaning Tool	The RAZOR BACK CCT* tool is run as an integral part of the drillstring to scrape the casing as the pipe is run in hole.
	RIDGE BACK Burr Mill (RBBM)	The RIDGE BACK* Burr Mill is a casing cleanup tool developed for use in perforated casing or liner to remove perforation burrs and to ensure the safe passage of completion equipment.
	The SHORTY Tool	The modular design allows the client to configure a tool design for specific applications or requirements.
