SafeTherm™

SafeTherm packer fluid consists of aqueous-base or water-miscible insulating packer fluid that is custom designed and blended for specific deepwater and permafrost applications. SafeTherm packer fluid is formulated from an inherently low-thermal-conductivity base fluid and is viscosified to suppress convective heat loss. The components have minimal impact on the environment. The insulating annular fluid is compatible with a wide range of fluids, elastomers, and other components.
