Donald McKenzie, M-I SWACO President & Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Smith International in 1989 as Regional Vice President - Europe & Africa, Don served as president of Dailey Petroleum Services Corp. He became Senior Vice President - Eastern Hemisphere at M-I SWACO in 1994 and was appointed Vice President - Partner Relations in 2005. In May 2006, he succeeded Loren Carroll as President & Chief Executive Officer of M-I SWACO. Don is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the International Association of Drilling Contractors. He is a director of CE Franklin (a Canadian distribution company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange), the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association and Spindletop International. Don graduated in marketing administration from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and also attended Mount Royal College in Calgary. |

Chris Rivers, Executive Vice President - Product Segments. Before joining Smith International, Chris was the Controller for McEvoy from 1978 until 1988. From 1989 to 1992, he worked as the International Controller for Smith International. In 1992, he joined the M-I SWACO organization where he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1994 until 2005 and as Senior Vice President - Eastern Hemisphere in 2005. In addition to his primary duties, Chris also serves as either Director or Managing Director for 16 M-I SWACO international subsidiaries or joint ventures. He studied cost and management accounting at Bristol Polytechnic. |

Joe Bacho, Senior Vice President - North America Business Unit. Joe began his career with M-I SWACO as a Data Engineer in Oklahoma and worked through the ranks to serve in a number of management posts, including Vice President - Worldwide Fluids, Vice President - Western Hemisphere Fluids, and Regional Vice President - Mountain West & Alaska. He has also served in sales and technical service roles. Joe is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the American Association of Drilling Engineers. He holds a BS in geology. |

Dave Chilton, Senior Vice President - South America Business Unit. Dave came to M-I SWACO after 25 years at Schlumberger where he held a range of operations-management and support positions for both Anadrill and Oilfield Services. Now located in Caracas, Venezuela, Dave was the M-I SWACO Regional Vice President, North Latin America before his current appointment. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and holds a BSc in geology from CCAT in Cambridge, England. |

Curtis Bordelon, Senior Vice President - Eastern Hemisphere North Business Unit. Currently based in Aberdeen, Curtis began his 30-plus-year career with M-I SWACO as a Fluids Engineer in Africa. Previous positions with M-I SWACO include International Operations Manager, Vice President - SWACO International, Regional Vice President - North Sea, and Vice President - Eastern Hemisphere Drilling Waste Management. Curtis is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. He attended the University of Southwest Louisiana. |

Emad Kelada, Senior Vice President - Eastern Hemisphere South Business Unit. Emad joined M-I SWACO in December 1975 and worked as a Fluids Engineer in Egypt. He progressed through the organization, becoming Egypt Country Manager in 1989, Middle East Area Manager in 1992, Regional Vice President Middle East in 1996 and Senior Vice President Eastern Hemisphere South in May of 2006. He is based in Cairo, Egypt. Emad holds a BSc in chemistry and physics from Ain Shams University in Egypt. |

John Kelly, Senior Vice President Production Technologies. Prior to joining M-I SWACO in 2000, John worked for the Dowell division of Schlumberger in various technical and managerial positions in the U.S., Africa, Latin America and the Far East. He joined the executive staff of M-I SWACO as Marketing and Sales Manger, moving to M-I Production Chemicals in 2004 and then to the newly formed Production Technologies Segment as Senior Vice President in 2006. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the National Association of Corrosion Engineers. John graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Bachelors Degree in natural sciences and a Masters Degree in manufacturing engineering. |

Frank Richter, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer. After serving in various roles with Smith International until 1987, Frank became West Hemisphere Controller for M-I SWACO in 1998 and is currently located in Houston. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Frank earned a BBA degree in accounting from Texas A&M University. |

Jim Bruton, Vice President - Research & Engineering. Having begun his career with M-I SWACO in 1972 as a Drilling Fluids Engineer, Jim has held a number of positions both in operations and Research and Engineering, including Technical Services Engineer and Corporate Director of Technical Services. Based in Houston, Jim is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the American Association of Drilling Engineers. He holds a BS in geology from the University of Houston. |

James Webster, Vice President - General Counsel & Secretary. Before joining M-I SWACO in 2005, James was a Partner at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP law firm in Houston. From 1995 until 1999, he had been Corporate Counsel for McDermott International in New Orleans. James received a BA in economics from the University of Arizona and a law degree and an MBA from Loyola University. |

Lee Turner, Vice President - Quality, Heath, Safety & Environment. Prior to joining M-I SWACO in Houston, Lee had worked for Helmerich and Payne International Drilling Company. From 1983 until 2003, he held various line-management and staff positions with Schlumberger Oilfield Services in seven countries, working in drilling, project management, marketing and QHSE. He was Vice President - Health, Safety & Environment for Yukos EP in Moscow in 2004. Lee earned BSc in engineering physics from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. |

Brenda Beers-Reineke, Vice President - Human Resources. Prior to her current position, Brenda served as President of Sweco. She joined Sweco in 1977 as Sales Secretary and advanced rapidly through numerous positions in sales, marketing and operations, earning her BBA, and MBA from Thomas More College and a Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase College of Law while attending night school. |
